This error is not permanent as it can also mean that the page will be available in the future.

Another error is the "server not found" error. With this site error, there is no connection to the server at all. This may be caused by a severance in the internet connection and can easily be fixed once your connection resumes.

First of all, when you use the internet, be sure that your antivirus does not block the connection of the internet, or that specific site that you are visiting. Some antivirus programs have super sensitive security features that block even your usual sites. Plus always check the firewall settings of your computer.

Always put in mind that there must be an internet connection before you gain access to your sites. Having an internet browser does not mean that you can instantly access the web; you still have to contact an internet service provider to establish a working connection.

Will I still be able to gain access to that certain webpage where the error occurred?

Normally, once you solve all of the issues (connection, etc.) you can access them again. Internal server errors can be fixed too once the administrator of the sites do their regular maintenance.
